Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in basketball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, bodily injury, permanent disability, death, and property damage. These risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the Facility, or equipment used. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the League, XXI Hoops, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties").
Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, disability, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in the League or use of the Facility. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence, breach of warranty, or any other legal or equitable theory.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by myself or any third party arising out of my participation in the League or use of the Facility, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
Medical Authorization and Responsibility: I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the League and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to secure medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and policies of the League and the Facility. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the League without refund.
Photo/Video Release: I grant the League and XXI Hoops permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes without compensation.
Severability: If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
